You can enter one or more tourism & travel-themed videos in various categories free of charge via the entry form.
The festival is dedicated to productions not commissioned by a travel or tourism company and produced by amateurs, freelancers or audiovisual production companies.
The productions from the tourism professionals will be rewarded at an event organized at a later date.

PRIZES AWARDED / INDEPENDENT
- BEST DISCOVERY VIDEO : Awarded to the video that highlights the beauty & discovery of a region.
- BEST VIDEO EXPERIENCE: Awarded to the video that highlights the discovery of a place or destination through the experience of an activity (sports, leisure, artistic or cultural).
- BEST DOCUMENTARY VIDEO: Awarded to the video that showcases the region (lifestyle, culture, leisure, sport, etc.) through a documentary approach.
- BEST TRAVEL VLOG VIDEO : Awarded to the video presented by a person who promotes a place or destination.
- BEST DRONE VIDEO: Awarded to the cinematic video shot mainly with a drone whose use enhances a location or destination.
- BEST SUSTAINABLE TRAVEL VIDEO : Rewards the video that highlights virtuous behavior, transport or activity in terms of sustainable tourism.
- AUDIENCE PRIZE : Awarded to the video in the official selection that receives the most public votes.
OFFICIAL SELECTION
September 03 – September 15, 2023
A maximum of 6 videos per category will be selected by a pre-selection committee (organizer, tourism & video personalities) to constitute the official selection of the Independent 2023 category.
AUDIENCE VOTE
September 18 to September 29, 2023
The public is invited to vote for the “Audience Prize” on the website of our partner Petit Futé. The winner will be announced at the awards ceremony on October 4 at IFTM International Travel & French Market.
JURY’S VOTE
September 18 to September 29, 2023
The jury meets to select the winners from among the videos in the official selection. . The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on October 4 at IFTM International Travel & French Market.
SCREENING
September 26 to October 1, 2023
What A trip ! Festival organization will choose one or more videos from the official selection to be shown on the festival’s big screen, which welcomes over 40,000 visitors every year.
